It's Allyce here! I have 5 years of experience in marketing and branding, working across a fintech MNC and an F&B giant.

How does payment work?

I accept payment in any currency, mainly by bank transfer. For projects above $250 USD, a 50% deposit is due before work begins.

Where are you based, and do you work with businesses overseas?

I'm based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and I work with clients anywhere. For on-site shoots, travel and accommodation are charged separately.

Are you a registered business?

Yes, I'm registered with SSM and can provide a service agreement, quotation and invoice for your company's records.

How big is your team?

I'm a freelancer, not an agency, but I work with a solid team of designers and creators who can step in on bigger or more complex projects.

Why hire you instead of an agency or a full-time team?

I'm more cost-effective than a full-time hire or an agency, and often more experienced than a fresh grad. I help small businesses grow with clear, systematic strategies, without big-agency costs. Think of me as your one-stop partner for strategy and execution.

What services do you provide?

I offer both strategy and execution. My services include social media and content creation, UGC videos, marketing and branding, and even website design and development. If it falls under marketing or social media, I can help you figure it out, subject to my availability.
